What 3D and Texture file formats are directly supported by the BRender API ?

The following file formats are all supported:

.3DS
.DXF
.NFF
.ASC
.BMP
.GIF
.TGA
.IFF
.LWO (in Beta stages )

How does BRender support sequential stereo output as in 3D-MAX© shutter glasses?

With regards to sequential stereo output, this is simple to implement. It involves setting up two cameras and rendering the scene twice, one scene slightly offset from the other. Version 1.2.1 of BRender provides support for 3D-MAX© and i-glasses©.

Which compilers does BRender x86 support, and what DOS extenders do we require?

BRender supports the versions stated below as well as later versions.

Watcom C© Version 10.0 with DOS4GW or X-32VM or Pharlap
Borland C© Version 4.5 with Power Pack or Pharlap
Microsoft™ Visual C Version 2.0 with Pharlap
