Command line format: mkranges <input-text-file> <output-palette>
The input text file is read a line at a time. Lines starting with '#' are ignored. Each line describes a ramp in the palette. There a five groups of numbers. Each group is separated by white space. The numbers in each group are separated by commas. The groups are respectively:
